About Birds of a Feather
Our Story
On a warm September in 2023, we started a kid owned and operated business, Birds of a Feather. Our top-quality partridge and pheasant feathers are responsibly harvested and processed by kids locally in Teton Valley Idaho.
The feathers are harvested at Blixt & Company’s many shooting grounds and are hand picked by Oliver Magnusson 5,
John Thomas Baugh 6, Emilia Magnusson 7, Henry Baugh 10,
and William Baugh C.E.O. age 13, thats our team.

We offer a wide range of products, from bulk feathers, loose feathers to curated products. Each made and crafted by our dedicated team.

Our Team
Leading our team is William Baugh, CEO. Already an entrepanuer at age 13, William is leading the Birds of a Feather operations.
From product development to marketing, this kid run company is teaching the benefits and challenges of small business.
In addition to leading the Birds of a Feather team, William participated as a dog handler with Blixt & Co' s Driven Shooting Season, completing the cycle from field to product.
